Website terms

This page is a review structure for use of the future nave website. It does not govern a paid service, create booking or cancellation rules, or replace a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

1. Operator details

The site uses the brand nave, ABN 70 748 581 215. Thomas Specht, Founder, can be contacted at Thomas@nave-ai.com.au. The legal ABN holder, entity type and registered business-name status must be verified before these terms become operative.

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about owner-side AI direction, workshops and scoped implementation. Website content is not a company diagnosis, implementation commitment, legal, privacy, security, accounting, tax or other regulated professional advice.

3. Illustrative information and outcomes

Examples, workflows and value or ROI hypotheses are illustrative. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Commercial outcomes depend on the facts, information quality, choices and implementation, and are not guaranteed. Consequential decisions remain with the responsible person.

4. Paid services

Paid services require separate, accepted terms and an offer schedule or statement of work. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities, information handling and remedies must be agreed before substantive work or collection begins. The website accepts bookings only for a free 30-minute fit call and does not accept payment.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website content and nave’s pre-existing methods, templates and brand assets remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. A visitor may view the site for legitimate business evaluation. Final terms should address copying, redistribution, interference, unlawful use and third-party materials without restricting rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

6. Third-party links and services

A future site may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices will apply to their services. nave’s selection, statements and responsibilities must be described accurately in the relevant scope; a third-party disclaimer cannot remove responsibility that law places on nave.

7. Availability and changes

The preview may change or be unavailable during development. Final wording must use fair, transparent rules for future site changes and must not alter an accepted paid engagement unilaterally.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in the final terms may exclude, restrict or modify a guarantee, right or remedy that applicable law does not permit nave to exclude, restrict or modify. Final remedy, liability and dispute provisions require solicitor review.

9. Contact and governing framework

Queensland is the proposed governing-law position, subject to mandatory rights and solicitor confirmation for interstate online use. Questions about this draft can be sent to Thomas@nave-ai.com.au.
