Private review draft · 16 September 2026

Privacy

This page explains the current website and booking flow. It does not claim that the Privacy Act applies to nave or that nave is exempt; applicable obligations remain subject to the business’s legal position.

1. Who this draft relates to

The website uses the brand nave, ABN 70 748 581 215. Thomas Specht, Founder, is the current privacy and enquiry contact at Thomas@nave-ai.com.au. The legal ABN holder, entity type and registered business-name status still require verification before release.

2. Information and sources

The website does not collect information through a NAVE-hosted form. If you book a fit call through Cal.com, the booking flow asks for your name, email address, business name, a broad business concern and optional high-level context. If you choose to email nave, the message may include your name, work contact details, business details and the information you decide to provide. Contracted work may use client-supplied business information and selected reviewed public business sources under a separate notice and scope.

Do not send passwords, access keys, sensitive personal information, or confidential client or employee records through a general enquiry.

3. Why information would be handled

  • To respond to an enquiry and assess whether nave may be able to help.
  • To arrange and deliver an agreed service after the relevant terms and collection notice are accepted.
  • To keep necessary service, financial, complaint and security records.
  • For optional marketing only where a separate permission has been provided.

4. Providers, recipients and overseas handling

The public journey uses an OpenAI Sites web host, managed Cal.com for booking, Google Calendar for availability and calendar invitations, and Google Meet for video calls. Email services may also process correspondence. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own terms, privacy notices and subprocessor arrangements. No claim of Australia-only storage is made.

Booking flow

The 30-minute qualification-call flow uses managed Cal.com, Google Calendar and Google Meet. Cal.com receives the booking details entered by the visitor; Google receives calendar and meeting information required to schedule and operate the call. NAVE does not place Google credentials or calendar data in this website repository.

5. Website logs, cookies and analytics

The site uses no analytics or marketing tracking. The website host and embedded booking provider may use technical storage, cookies and request logs necessary to deliver, secure and operate their services. Optional analytics and advertising tracking remain off.

6. AI-assisted processing

No visitor information is sent to an AI service by this website. For a future private engagement, any AI-assisted research or drafting must be purpose-limited, use an approved configuration, receive human review and be described in the applicable notice and agreement. Provider retention, training treatment and regions remain vendor-specific facts to verify.

7. Marketing

A service enquiry is not permission to send marketing. Any future marketing option must be separate and optional, identify nave as sender and include a working unsubscribe route. No website marketing subscription is active.

8. Security and retention

nave intends to limit access and retain information only for an approved business or legal need. Final systems, access roles, backup arrangements and retention periods are not yet approved, so this draft does not promise a specific period or absolute security.

9. Access, correction and complaints

Questions, requests to access or correct information, and privacy complaints can be directed to Thomas Specht at Thomas@nave-ai.com.au. The applicable legal process and escalation route will be confirmed after entity and Privacy Act coverage review. No response-time guarantee is stated in this draft.

10. Changes and review

This private draft is dated 16 September 2026. It must be reconciled with the verified entity, providers, actual data flow, retention decisions and qualified privacy/legal review before publication or collection.
