AI Implementation

Build and introduce a suitable workflow with agreed scope, human controls and clear acceptance criteria.

The situation

Turn a considered decision into working practice.

You have an adequate roadmap, a bounded priority and enough evidence to agree what should be delivered.

Consider another route when: The business case or information permissions are unclear, or the work requires expertise beyond an available qualified delivery route.

Something useful to take forward

A tested working process

The agreed workflow, tests, handover, responsibilities and review measures defined in a separate statement of work.

Illustrative artefact / Implementation Brief

A tested working process

  1. The concern and baseline
  2. Value, evidence and information gaps
  3. Responsibilities, controls and review

Illustrative structure — not a client result or guaranteed outcome.

How the engagement works.

01

Define acceptance

Set deliverables, exclusions, owner responsibilities, permissions and the evidence that will demonstrate completion.

02

Build and introduce

Configure suitable workflows within competence; coordinate qualified specialist work where required.

03

Test and hand over

Review outputs, test override and fallback, support agreed adoption and measure actual results against the baseline.

Before we begin

Agree objectives, access, responsibilities, dependencies, testing, acceptance evidence and fallback in a separate statement of work.

Value you can question.

Review actual results against the approved baseline, including operating and review costs. A successful technical build does not by itself establish commercial ROI.

Time and capacity, margin and cost, revenue and conversion, risk and quality are areas to investigate. They are not promised results.

What you bring.

An accountable sponsor, authorised access where necessary, timely decisions and agreed acceptance review. Specialist and client responsibilities remain explicit.

A clear boundary.

Included in the concept

  • Deliverables and testing defined by the agreed scope
  • Human review, fallback and handover requirements
  • Measurement appropriate to the chosen business outcome

Outside the scope

  • Unlimited engineering or unscoped support
  • Automatic permission to access company systems
  • A warranty for a specialist partner’s product

A few useful answers.

Can you handle complex integrations?

NAVE can coordinate qualified specialists for complex architecture, bespoke software or sensitive work. Specialist engineering accountability stays with the delivery partner.

Must I buy an Audit first?

No. An adequate existing roadmap may be sufficient to assess implementation fit. We do not require another engagement without a business reason.

What happens after handover?

Support, maintenance and supervision exist only where the scope explicitly includes them. Ongoing advice is assessed separately.
