A conversational assistant may answer questions or prepare drafts. A connected workflow may also take actions. We distinguish those scopes explicitly: access and autonomy are not automatic.
NAVE starts with the business need. A simpler automation, existing product or manual process may be the better answer.

Configure suitable low-complexity work within NAVE's competence. Complex engineering, sensitive information or specialist architecture requires a qualified delivery partner.
Test before acceptance.
Check accuracy, failure cases, permissions, review effort, override and manual fallback against written acceptance criteria.
Hand over clearly.
Provide the agreed documentation, user guidance and responsibility map. Review actual results against the baseline.
What determines the quote?
The quote covers the complete agreed work—not only configuration time.

Software subscriptions, usage charges, hosting and ongoing maintenance are identified separately where applicable. Support is included only when the written scope says so.

Specialist partners remain accountable for their engineering and delivery. Relevant commercial relationships are disclosed. NAVE can separately supervise owner-side alignment.
A few useful answers.
Do I need an Audit first?
No. An adequate existing roadmap and bounded priority may be sufficient. If the task, evidence or permissions are unclear, we first agree the smallest useful scoping step.
Will the agent run the business on its own?
No. It has a defined role, limited access and agreed human review. Consequential decisions remain with accountable people.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We assess compatibility, information handling, permissions and ongoing costs during scoping. A logo or example on this site is not a guarantee of integration support or a partnership.
What happens after handover?
Ownership, documentation and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Maintenance and ongoing advice are separate unless expressly included.
